1. 扩展功能说明
本扩展（"WhatsApp Bridge"）的唯一用途是：将用户在 WhatsApp Web 中打开的聊天对话自动同步到用户自己账号下的 Communication Workspace CRM 系统，并支持将 CRM 生成的回复建议填入 WhatsApp Web 的输入框（不自动发送，须由用户手动确认后点击发送）。
2. 收集的数据
- 聊天内容（Personal communications）：扩展读取用户当前在 WhatsApp Web 中打开的聊天对话的可见消息内容，包括发送方信息和消息文本。这些数据仅被发送至用户自己组织的 Communication Workspace API（api.clozia.xiaoheili.com），用于 AI 分析和工作台展示。
- 登录凭证（Authentication information）：扩展从用户已登录的 Communication Workspace 页面读取 JWT 访问令牌，并暂存于浏览器本地（chrome.storage.local）。该令牌用于向用户自己的 CRM API 发起身份认证，每 4 分钟自动刷新，不会传输给任何第三方。
3. 数据使用方式
- 聊天内容仅用于同步到用户自己账号下的 CRM，供用户自己的 AI 分析功能使用。
- 登录令牌仅用于向用户自己的 CRM API 进行身份验证。
- 扩展不会将任何数据发送至 Anthropic、Google、Meta 或任何与用户 CRM 无关的第三方服务器。
4. 数据存储与保留
登录令牌仅存储在用户本地浏览器（chrome.storage.local），不上传至任何云端服务器。用户卸载扩展后，本地存储的所有数据将自动清除。聊天内容数据经 API 传输后存储在用户自己组织的 CRM 数据库中，受用户与 Communication Workspace 之间的服务协议约束。
5. 数据共享
本扩展不向任何第三方出售、共享或披露用户数据。所有数据流转均发生在用户自己的账号与设备之间。
6. 用户权利
用户可随时通过卸载扩展删除本地存储的所有数据。对于已同步至 CRM 的数据，用户可登录 Communication Workspace 进行查看和删除。

1. Purpose
This extension ("WhatsApp Bridge") has a single purpose: to automatically sync the currently visible WhatsApp Web chat conversation to the user's own Communication Workspace CRM account, and to fill AI-suggested replies into the WhatsApp Web compose box (auto-send is intentionally disabled; the user must review and click Send manually).
2. Data Collected
- Personal communications: The extension reads the visible messages of the currently open WhatsApp Web chat, including sender information and message text. This data is sent only to the user's own Communication Workspace API (api.clozia.xiaoheili.com) for AI analysis and display within their CRM workspace.
- Authentication information: The extension reads the user's JWT access token from the Communication Workspace page they are already logged into, and caches it locally in chrome.storage.local. This token is used exclusively to authenticate requests to the user's own CRM API. It is refreshed every 4 minutes and is never transmitted to any third party.
3. How Data Is Used
- Chat content is used solely to sync conversations to the user's own CRM for AI-assisted analysis.
- The authentication token is used solely to verify the user's identity when calling their own CRM API.
- No data is sent to Anthropic, Google, Meta, or any third-party server unrelated to the user's CRM.
4. Data Storage and Retention
The authentication token is stored only in the user's local browser (chrome.storage.local) and is never uploaded to any cloud server. All locally stored data is automatically deleted when the extension is uninstalled. Chat data transmitted to the CRM API is stored in the user's own organization's database and is governed by the user's agreement with Communication Workspace.
5. Data Sharing
This extension does not sell, share, or disclose user data to any third party. All data flows occur between the user's own account, device, and CRM.
6. User Rights
Users may delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the extension. For data already synced to the CRM, users may log in to Communication Workspace to view or delete it.
